Shana Stein Faulhaber has been providing legal assistance in North and East Texas since 2005, and brings a wealth of experience to her clients’ defense.

 

As a former Dallas and Smith County Prosecutor and now defense attorney, Shana has tried over 100 cases before the jury, and successfully resolved thousands of cases through plea bargains, negotiated dismissals, and pre-trial diversions.

Aside from her trial court level practice, Shana also handles criminal appeals and has appeared before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals for oral argument, after successfully appealing a conviction in the intermediate court of appeals.

 

Shana has been appointed by the President of the State Bar of Texas to serve on the Texas Lawyers’ Assistance Program (TLAP) committee and in 2021 was the recipient of the Presidential Award by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, in recognition of her achievements and service to the profession. She is a former President of the Navarro County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and currently serves as Vice President of the Henderson County Bar Association.

 

Shana is also a certified mediator and speaker who presents on the topics of wellness and work life balance to attorneys and other professionals. Aside from her law practice, she has been a registered yoga teacher since 2009 and works with both groups and individuals, teaching both yoga and meditation.
